We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, please note that all sales are considered final unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Please do not return any items before contacting us.
All return requests must first be reviewed and approved by our customer service team. Further instructions will be provided once your case has been reviewed.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Elite Pro Bags reserves the right to:
refuse any unauthorized return or refund request,
deny returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration, and
limit or refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent or abusive return activity.
Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments—please use a tracked courier service.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
